Application of income and property
Income and property are applied solely towards the promotion and attainment of the company’s objects. No portion is to be distributed to members as dividends, bonuses or profits. The memorandum also provides for remaining assets, after liabilities are met on dissolution, to pass to organisations with similar objects rather than to members.
