Helvia Center for Research Announces the Appointment of Blessing Oyinlola as Company Secretary

Helvia Center for Research Ltd/Gte is pleased to announce the appointment of Blessing Oyinlola as Company Secretary, effective 30 October 2026.
A published researcher, chartered accountant, and Academic Programme Coordinator at the University of Oulu, Finland, Blessing brings experience spanning research, accounting, and academic administration. Her background will support the Centre’s commitment to accountable governance and its mission to advance knowledge and the public good.
As Company Secretary, Blessing will support the effective administration of the Centre’s governance processes. In line with its Articles of Association, her role includes issuing notices of directors’ meetings when authorised and acting as an authorised signatory for documents bearing the company seal, subject to the Articles and directors’ decisions. Her work will also support clear communication and the orderly documentation of governance activities.
Her appointment strengthens the institutional foundation of Helvia Center for Research as an independent, multidisciplinary, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting researchers, building collaborations, sharing research outcomes, and translating evidence into policy and practice.
